About Karl Olsson
Karl holds a bachelor's and master's degree in criminology and has previously (2022–2024) served as the program director for the Criminology Program at Örebro University. He is a lecturer in Criminology and mainly teaches scientific methods, police work, and evidence-based crime prevention within within the Criminology Program.
Karl is a member of the research group Center for Criminological and Psychosocial Research (CAPS) and has participated in the process evaluation of GVI Örebro (Group Violence Intervention) as well as KOMPASS – municipal planning for systematic social crime prevention in collaboration with Örebro Municipality. Since August 2024, karl is also a doctoral student in criminology at Malmö University.
