About Jacob Preene

Jacob Preene is a doctoral student in Gender Studies at Örebro University. In his PhD thesis, he investigates the history of trans* activism in Scandinavia with a transnational perspective. He has his bacherlor's and mater's degree in history from Cophenhagen University. His MA thesis investigated how Danish AIDS activists developed activism strategies in a transnational forum.
