About Erik Berglund
Erik Berglund is a doctoral student of law, with a focus on criminal law. His research concerns the criminalization of sexual violations and sexual abuse within Swedish criminal law, using both the traditional legal dogmatic method and feminist legal theory.
He has a law degree (LL.M.) from Uppsala University, where he has also worked as a Research Assistant within the MEIOR-project. Furthermore, he has been involved in the FORCE-project at the University of Turin.
Erik Berglund primarily teaches criminal law, both for law students and for criminology students.
