Areas of responsibilities

Operations development officer at Grants Office.

Responsible for developing analysis, measurements, strategies, plans, activities and evaluations. Provies support for the department in communication matters. Produces text and design, manages and developes the presence of the department on the internal web. Responsible for the department monthly newsletter. Leads training sessions for researchers, recurrings sessions on the Research Professional database. Maintains and identifies needs for development of the department's channels of communication. Responsible for Prio Research, a framework for researchers and research groups that wants to develop their vision, objectives and activities. Holds training programme for other Universitie's in the Prio Research method. Part of the development team for the Kove-programme which was an University-wide initiative to strenghten appointed researchers and research groups in the competition for significant grants. Part of the development team for the research leader training initiative.

Was during 2019 project leader for the celebrations of Örebro university twenty years as an university.

Background

Have since a communications degree at Örebro universitet, worked within the areas of communication and marketing as employed communications officer, consultant and self employed.

To build communications functions from the ground up and to put on many of the professional commnications officers and marketer's roles has given width and experience of both strategic and operative work.
