Booking terms

• The registration fee is the same regardless of whether you participate for one or several days. 
• Free cancellation date to 1st of June. The registration fee will be refunded.
• After 1st of June, your registration is binding, and the registration fee will not be refunded upon cancellation. 

Payment methods:

• Bank transfer 
• Card payment (VISA or Mastercard is accepted)
• Invoice (only within Sweden)

• When your register for the PNGF8 conference, you will get the information below in your confirmation.
• The conference fee shall be paid in Swedish krona. Please use a currency converter or ask your bank for help to calculate the amount.
• Bank transfer no later than 1st of June.

• The payment transaction will be made directly when you register,please have your card at hand
• VISA or Mastercard is accepted. 

• We do not send invoice to other than participants from Swedish state universities/authorities/organizations.
• Participants from a state university/authority are not invoiced for VAT on the registration fee.

• If the fee will be paid by an organisation outside Sweden or a private person, bank transfer or payment by card is accepted. 
• The registration fee includes 25% Swedish VAT.
