HR Excellence in Research within the NEOLAiA alliance
Together with our partner universities within NEOLAiA, ORU is currently in the start-up phase of a joint HRS4R network.
Recently, the implementation group at ORU met with Clémentine Périnaud from the University of Tours, France, when she visited Örebro. The University of Tours is responsible for coordinating the alliance’s HRS4R network, and discussions covered the prerequisites and opportunities for the coming year’s cooperation. At present, about half of the universities within NEOLAiA have received the HR Excellence in Research award, while several of the others are planning to start the application process soon.
- We look forward to continuing to delve into issues of how we can collaborate to improve conditions for researchers in line with the Charter & Code, increase mobility and support each other in common issues linked to the continuous development process that HRS4R entails, says Martina Liljerås, HR Coordinator at Örebro University.
The purpose of the HRS4R network is to strengthen each university’s work, regardless of where in the process they are and to share experiences about both best practice and challenges in the work.
