Sara Hedblom: “Being a manager is both fun and challenging”

As a little girl, her role-model was Pippi Longstocking. The joy when Sara Hedblom many years later got the chance to become food manager at Astrid Lindgren’s World! Out with burgers and tacos, in with locally grown food from Småland, preferably with a connection to Astrid Lindgren’s books. Now, for example, 450 litres of pancake batter is used up daily.
