Johan Hyltner: “Grythyttan has meant incredibly much to me”

It was his mother that got him interested in cooking, mainly because she was a terrible cook. After his time at the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science in Grythyttan, Johan Hyltner’s dream was to open his own restaurant. Now he runs an entire empire of top-notch hotels and restaurants.
