About assignments
Anonymous assessment of assignments
For anonymous assessment, the participant's name is replaced with a serial number.
Anonymization is cancelled in connection with the publication of results, which means that anonymous assessment can only be used on assignments with one attempt.
Anonymous assessment cannot be used on group submissions.
Parallel assessment
Parallel assessment is not the same as delegated assessment. In parallel assessment, each participant's submission is assessed by two teachers. A joiner then determines the final result of the participant. The assessors do not see each other's assessments, feedback and quotations. Parallel assessment is sometimes called secret evaluation.
The joiner sees the assessors 'results and general feedback, but does not see notes in criteria or notes made directly in the participants' submitted files.
The joiner states the final result and has the opportunity to enter a general comment.
When the result is published, the participant sees his or her result. comments from the associator as well as notes and comments in criteria and the participant's attached documents.
Parallel assessment cannot be used for group assignments.
